Europa Universalis IV - Carnet de développement du 28 Août


Bonjour et bienvenue dans l'avant-dernier Journal de développement de Dharma. Aujourd'hui, nous passerons en revue les principaux changements de mécaniques dans Dharma, un patch notes si vous voulez, des gros ajouts et des changements du jeu. Si vous avez gardé un œil sur l’ensemble des carnets de développement de Dharma, je pense qu'il y aura peu de nouvelles informations pour vous aujourd'hui.

Gouvernements :

Sans l'expansion du Dharma, les gouvernements fonctionneront encore largement comme ils l'ont fait depuis la mise à jour du 1.25 Angleterre.
Pour les propriétaires de Dharma, tout change : lorsque vous commencez votre jeu, vous aurez la réforme de base, qui est la structure de pouvoir fondamentale de votre pays, ce qui vous permet d’obtenir des mécanismes gouvernementaux tels que la monarchie anglaise pour l’Angleterre, les Parlement ou les États papaux ayant la papauté.

Au fur et à mesure que le jeu avance, vous générerez des progrès allant jusqu’à 1,00 par mois en fonction de l’autonomie de votre territoire, et ils seront utilisés pour passer des réformes supplémentaires, accorder des bonus, affecter les Etats et débloquer des mécaniques. Le coût de chaque réforme augmente à chaque fois. Changer une réforme que vous avez déjà prise vous donnera 10 de corruption.



À la fin des réformes du gouvernement, des options sont disponibles pour changer complètement de type de gouvernement, permettant aux républiques, théocraties et monarchies de se réformer et donnant aux nations tribales un moyen de faire évoluer leurs gouvernements en un de ces trois-là, ou carrément de se reformer en Horde.

J'avais initialement prévu de mettre toutes les réformes ici, mais elles ont déjà été intégrées dans le manuel de Dharma publié hier.

Domaines/Etats :
Comme nous l'avons mentionné, les Etats sont devenus une fonctionnalité de base gratuite dans UE4 pour tous les joueurs, indépendamment des DLC. En outre, ils n'exigent plus une quantité de terre fixe et provoquent un désastre pour votre pays à 100% contre 80% de puissance. J'ai couvert ces changements dans un carnet de développement précédent, mais il semble prudent de leurs faire écho ici :
  • La confiscation des terres de l’Etat donne désormais un modificateur de troubles +5 dans la province pour 15 ans. Ce modificateur disparaît si vous donnez le terrain à un autre domaine.
  • La confiscation des terrains ajoute maintenant 25 d’autonomie locale dans la province où se trouvait l’Etat.
  • Les conseillers générés par les interactions successorales ont désormais des coûts variables en fonction de l’influence.
  • L’influence des événements immobiliers a généralement augmenté.
  • L’Etat Cossack gagne maintenant deux fois plus d'influence par développement dans les provinces autorisées.
  • Le plafond d’influence accordée par le développement des provinces est augmenté maintenant à 50% au lieu de 40% pour tous les Etats.

Les propriétaires de dharma se retrouveront avec de nouveaux types d’Etat lorsqu'ils joueront en Inde avec l'ajout des Marathas, des Rajputs, des Brahmanes, des Vaishyas et des Jains.



Politiques :

Les Politiques ont été retravaillées pour tous les utilisateurs qui auront la version 1.26 Moghols. Elles ont toujours besoin de 2 groupes d'idées pour être prises, mais au lieu d'un plafond de 5 politiques, vous pourrez en prendre jusqu'à 3 de chaque type de politique (ADM / MIL / DIP) pour un total de 9 politiques.
De plus, la première politique de chaque type ne coûte pas de points de monarque. L’UI a été remaniée pour tenir compte de cette situation et les effets des politiques ont été rééquilibrés à la lumière de ces changements.

Bien sûr, il y a tellement plus à dire sur Dharma, mais aujourd'hui, c'était juste pour récapituler les changements de mécaniques les plus importants qui arrivent dans le jeu et mettre tout le monde au courant de ce que Dharma apportera sur la table.
