    En tout cas merci de ne pas avoir saboter lors de notre guerre Hargane et encore désoler, ca n'a rien de personnel c'est juste un jeu et on avait des tensions frontalières.

    Bonjour,

    J'ai pris la décision de ne pas continuer la GPO. Je laisse donc mon pays libre.
    Je ne prends tout simplement pas de plaisir à jouer cette partie et je n'ai pas envie de me forcer, ça ne serait agréable pour personne. Mon pays n'ayant pas une grosse influence sur la partie, je ne pense pas que cela posera problème.

    Je vous souhaite une bonne partie tout de même !

    Confucianism admin tech reduction changed to -5% technology cost.
    Shinto land morale reduced from 10% to 5%.

    Manda Divin :
    Celestial empire mandate per stability increased to +1.2 per stability and +0.15 per state with prosperity.
    When a nation gains the mandate of heaven no longer gets cores or permanent claims on the rest of China.
    When a nation gets the mandate of heaven starts at 40 meritocracy instead of 60.
    When a nation losses the mandate of heaven gets "lost mandate of heaven" modifier for 5 years (instead of 20) and loose 1 stability.
    Lost mandate modifier changed to +10% stability cost, +2 global unrest, -1 yearly legitimacy and -10% trade & production efficiency.
    Reduced penalties from having negative mandate, starts at 50 mandate, 100% strength at 0 mandate: -10% goods produced (-25% before), fire & shock damaged received +10% (+50% before), global unrest +2 (+5 before) and global manpower -20% (-50% before).
    Removed mandate loss if the holder does not control beijing/nanjing/canton.
    All countries in the chinese culture group get the "Take Mandate" CB, no longer restricted to neighbors.
